Report: Burger King’s Russian business may hold IPO this year

MOSCOW, Apr 23 (PRIME) -- The Russian operation of the Burger King fast food chain could hold an initial public offering (IPO) on the Moscow Exchange this year, Reuters reported on Tuesday citing four banking sources.

VTB Capital, Russian lender VTB’s investment arm, Morgan Stanley and JP Morgan are among banks organizing the IPO, sources said.
